• Analysis and findings : We then close ourselves in a dark room and study the footage from the tests. Carefully analysing mouse moves to changes in the users tone of voice to cut right to the root of the problem. We then provide you with a detailed report that documents user issues and the recommendations we have from each of the key tasks. To add weight to the words we provide you a nice clip reel of the key issues to add weight to the argument back in the boardroom!
